Novartis invited Archana Suresh, Director T-SIG, to address their employees on the occasion of International Volunteers Day – December 5, 2023.
There are nearly 7000 employees in Novartis Hyderabad, of which atleast 500+ are volunteers.
Their volunteering activities range from:
1. Soft skills training for women
2. Runs to raise awareness on cancer
3. E-waste collection drives
4. Distribution of menstrual kits, school kits and
5. Tree plantation initiatives.
15 NGOs are empaneled on the rolls of Novartis.
