Principal Secretary of I&C, IT Dept. of the Telangana Govt. Mr. Jayesh Ranjan is a member of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) of the 1992 batch. He holds a Masters Degree in Psychology from Delhi University, a degree in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta and a Masters in Public Management from Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore. In his capacity, Mr. Ranjan is involved in developing policy frameworks, attracting new investments, identifying opportunities for utilizing IT in various government processes, and promoting the digital empowerment of citizens. Furthermore, he has lent his support to innumerable social, cultural and charitable causes, and is on the Board of many socially impactful such as United Way (Hyderabad), Save A Child’s Heart (SACH) Foundation, Young Lives India, APMAS, ML Jaisimha Sports Foundation and Hyderabad 10K Run.

A TED X Speaker, recognised for her extensive work in the Development sector, as of 2024, Archana has 18+ years of professional experience and has worked in the Corporate Communication teams of Yahoo!, Microsoft India and HSBC. Archana received a degree in Commerce from St. Francis Degree College, Hyderabad and has an Executive MBA from Manipal. Archana joined Telangana Social Impact Group / T-SIG in early 2021. She is responsible for liaising with CXO Leadership and senior bureaucrats, creating newer avenues of social good between Corporate India and various State Govt Departments and some NGOs. In T-SIG, Archana has helped multiple Corporates run successful CSR programmes with Departments such as Health, Education, Tribal Welfare, Women Development and Child welfare, Civil Supplies, the Police and Forests. Projects have been in pursuance of Companies' Sustainable Development Goals (United Nations' SDGs), across districts in Telangana and have spanned installation of medical and digital infrastructure, livelihoods, upskilling and environmental causes. T-SIG has reached out to more than 500+ Corporates to help them pursue their CSR goals.
