Viatris Pharmaceuticals celebrated Impact Week 2023 on November 17, 2023 in Hyderabad. Ms. Shikha Goel, IPS, Additional Director General of Police was the guest speaker as part of Viatris’s Women Safety Awareness Programme. The audience comprised women, men and senior leadership (200+ employees in one of their offices in Hyderabad). Viatris has 15,000 employees (approx) in India alone. Shikha ji touched upon the myriad programmes that the Police is running for citizens including the Bharosa Centres, SHE team initiatives, cyber crime initiatives and SAHAS (to prevent harassment at the workplace). Ms Archana Suresh, Director T-SIG addressed the employees too telling them about what T-SIG does.
