Having met with the Wanaparthy District collector Ms. Swetha Mohanty, IAS and understanding the needs of the district, T-SIG approached the CSR enthusiast Mr. Pradeep Gadicherla from Broadcom and HYSEA to conduct their social responsibility activities in the district. In collaboration with Sandhata and Manavata, member of UN ECOSOC, they have conducted personality development, Skill development and youth leadership programs. In July-August 2018, various issues of girl children were focused upon:1. Raising awareness on girls’ hygiene and sexual harassment against girls at, Apparala Village.
- Contributing for the construction of washrooms in school in the Apparala government school.
- Distribution of sanitary pads to girl students in the village.
- Apart from these issues, the focus was also on youth and prisoners. There were personality development programs held at Amadabakula High School and Mahbubnagar jail.
- Training programs done for Farmers to adopt Organic and Sustainable farming methodologies
