A CSR collaboration between the Nirmal District Administration and Accenture for a skilling project – ‘An Integrated Model for Skill Development, Micro Enterprise Development and Self-Employment’ was brought together by T-SIG in Nirmal.
Accenture sponsored 1 crore through its CSR initiative. The project is being implemented by Dr. Reddy’s Foundation (DRF) and Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDII). A total of 500 youth (200 under Skill Development and 300 under Micro Enterprise and Self-Employment Development) with 50% of women will be positively impacted under the pilot phase.
This Centre was inaugurated in January 2024, by the Nirmal District Collector – Mr. Ashish Sangwan, IAS.
