An Upper Primary School (class 1 to 8 ) in Madinaguda, Hyderabad received a brand new library on April 24, 2023.
The library, sponsored by Caspian Private Equity will enable students to get access to 700+ books in English and Telugu. The books cut across all genres – academic, fiction, picture books etc.
Joy of Reading (NGO), was the Implementation partner of this project. They along with the staff of the school hosted an inaugural event that saw representation from the District Education Officer (DEO), Mr. Suseendra Rao and other government officials.
Words have the power to change us and we hope that this gesture is just the first step in helping children find that truth.
