Telangana Social Impact Group in collaboration with Surge Impact Foundation hosted a roundtable aimed to shed light on “The Need & Potential for Projects on Environmental Protection & Climate Action in Indian CSR”. The event was held on March 3rd, 2023, from 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm at the Amazon office, Hyderabad.
The event was attended by about 38 participants from 30 companies and other attendees. The Round Table was chaired by Mr. Prakash Reddy N, I.P.S, Director, Enforcement Vigilance & Disaster Management Department.
The objective was to facilitate peer-to-peer learning between corporates and government departments to create effective collaborations. In addition, to shed light on newly-designed innovative programs that would facilitate the shift towards enhancing funding for & effective implementation of environment protection & climate action projects.
