In this Round Table Meeting, T-Social Impact Group aimed to bring corporates of the state to focus on “Incorporating Diversity & Inclusion in Indian CSR Projects” on November 18th, 2022, at EPAM Systems, Hyderabad.
Reformative change in society to secure, empower and include the LGBTQIA+ community is the way ahead to tackle the inequalities and stigma. In India, with a growing economy with one billion plus people, a strong gross domestic product (GDP), and numerous national and multinational corporations, there is tremendous space to strengthen the LGBTQIA+ economic ecosystem.
This was followed by an address by Mr. Ramakrishna Rao, President and Mr. Rajasekhar Reddy, General Secretary, CREDAI on the aims of the association and how the association had worked collectively towards the COVID-19 first wave which included flagship projects like Lake Restoration and Tree Plantation drives with the Department of Forestry.
