Problem

” – Huge demand-supply gap in manpower requirements. – Mismatch between opportunities available and aspirations of youth, low industry collaboration in skill building – Inadequate exposure to modern tools and techniques Nirmaan is currently implementing this project in Borabanda area and would like to expand to Secunderabad area.”

Objective

Description/Summary

“To train and place the unemployed youth as per the market and help them achieve their own Goals. The conviction of NIRMAAN is to impart vocational trainings with an aim to provide skills and confidence to the unemployed youth who are from economically backward families and help them achieve economic and social independence. ” Nirmaan believes that if the unemployed youth in the india are given the right guidance and right skills, they will be able to access various entry level jobs in all the job sectors which will help them not only in getting regular salaries and increase in the overall family income but also pave right direction for better future. Through this funding support, Nirmaan will setup a center for training of youth and the budget will be utilized for infrastructure, human resource costs, trainings and other activities.
