SIF has a dedicated team with experience in disaster management work and has also supported Social enterprises and Social startups through incubator and accelerator programs. The proposed DMIC will invite social enterprises to innovate and collaborate on improving disaster management practices. The incubation facilities will include a 2000-5000 sq.ft space consisting of Co-working and Networking space and Labs. SIF also plans to introduce a flagship Incubation Program to help startups in the Disaster Management field scale their businesses with customized support by providing structured training, access to market linkages, quality mentors, funding etc.
